Bronfenbrenner conceptualized four ecological systems that an individual interacted with, each nested within the others. Originally these were microsystem (individual), mesosystem (immediate surroundings and relationships), exosystem (impact the individual indirectly), macrosystem (culture, society, norms). These were later adapted to "process - person - context - time."
Think about how to bring stability to each of the 4 nested systems in your life (process, person, context, time)
It can help to put your experience into a bigger picture. For example, the page sayd "Time influences the systemic interactions within an individual’s lifespan as well as across generations, such as in the case of “family values,” a set of morals or beliefs that are passed down between generations and shape development." What kinds of processes are taking place for you, which are following their own timeline whether or not you can describe it? How does the culture norm (macrosystem) of hustle culture or discomfort with disability impact your journey?
