Feetures. CEP (includes shorts and leggings too). Bombas (Performance). Sockwell. Honorable mention: Copper Fit. Compression garments help some people with POTS or circulatory issues. They can also help if you arenβt moving much (eg on an airplane flight). Athletic grade compression socks may not work as strongly as toe-to-waist leggings or higher pressure socks, but they could still relieve pressure or keep the circulation moving in a comfortable and brain-feeding way. (Google the research and blog posts on this to know more about which ones to get, or check with a professional to know which pressure level you may benefit from.) I would try these while hanging around or in bed, but even more when starting to be more active and gradually increasing activity levels. I havenβt read research on this, but I wonder whether these could reduce PEM through the same mechanism that reduces DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) for healthy athletes.
Most are ugly. These are cute. Try a pair and see if they help.
Ask your doctor or physiotherapy team which pressure might help you
