“Medical Medium” Recipes

The Medical Medium is a controversial figure. He falls under my principle of “If it helps, it helps.” Sick people need relief. I don’t care where that relief comes from. It’s true he makes strong claims he doesn’t back up with data. But some of his claims do align with other research. I know people who’ve benefited from following his advice, including a good friend. Take it with a grain of salt, as you should everything you read online. Check that none of it is contra-indicated for you. If it’s not, you have little to lose (except time and money, and maybe your taste for celery).
